This is a decent sized eggplant shape box made out of Purpleheart (Peltogyne paniculata) with Verawood (Bulnesia sarmientoi) cap. Here is a variety of eggplant with short, globular purple fruits. I feel an irresistible urge to pick this cutie up and roll it around in my palm everytime I see it, serves nicely as a stress reliever. Purpleheart is an ideal wood for eggplant production. The green Verawood cap looks awesome in this organic design. This is the largest eggplant I have turned. Just delicious!
