This is very nice eggplant shape box made out of African Blackwood (Dalbergia melanoxylon) Verawood (Bulnesia sarmientoi) stem. A true rosewood, this African timber is one of the darkest and densest of the rosewoods.  The black eggplant always looks so good paired with the greenish Verawood.  The weight, shape, and silky smoothness of this eggplant just feel so good as a tactile experience. Just delicious!
