This is a pretty slim threaded holder made out of Camatillo (Dalbergia congestiflora) with Mun Ebony (Diospyros mun) cap. Camatillo is a true rosewood species with a beautiful deep purple color and darker streaks. It is one of the rarer timber since the tree never grow very big. It is one of my favorite rosewood for the deep but vibrant purple hue, great figures and extra fine grain. Such a luxury thing to work with!
