This is a special slim threaded holder made out of Indian Sandalwood (Santalum album) with Lignum Vitae (Guiacum officinale) cap. This is the true Sandalwood from which incense and perfume were made. The fragrant wood is often used to make sacred objects and intricate carvings, or burnt to release the aroma for religious offering and aromatherapy. The fragrant of this species persists for a long time. I have been looking for a source of this wood for a while, glad I found some. This is a pendant for your sniffing pleasure. The Lignum cap adds visual interest to this small gem. In Asia, Lignum is also known as green sandalwood, perfect for this holder. I really like this one!
The crew-on cap makes this holder extra special and ensures that your content is secured. Good for small daily pills, memorial keepsake. Come ready to wear with an adjustable slip knot waxed cotton cord.
