This is a mini pendant bead necklace with a Pollyanna Burl (Irvingia malayana) Locket.

This pretty pendant has a tiny secret compartment for very small daily pills or memorial keepsake. The screw-on cap ensures that your content is secured, yet can be easily accessed.
