This is a very pretty acorn shaped box made out of Leadwood (Combretum imberbe) with Desert Ironwood (Olneya tesota) cap. This combination came from my Heavy Metal collection: the African Lead and the American Iron. I really like the way Leadwood behaves, polishing up shiny and silky smooth. The density, fine grain, and earthy tone matched up perfectly with the famed Ironwood. I like this one!
