This is a special slim threaded holder made out of Hawaii Sandalwood (Santalum paniculatum) with East Indian Rosewood (Dalbergia latifolia) cap. Sandalwood is a parasitic small tree that establishes on the roots of host trees. The oil from the wood has a distinctive, pleasant scent that last. The very expensive oil is used for medicine, perfume, aromatherapy, and religious ceremonies. This particular species came from Hawaii and is one of the rarest timber. I am very happy to obtain a piece of this wood for my collection of aromatic timbers! This holder is not seal on the inside for your sniffing pleasure.
The crew-on cap makes this holder extra special and ensures that your content is secured. The slim profile fits unobtrusively in a purse or pocket for the people on the go. This holder can be used to hold toothpicks, pill, snuff, sewing needles, cash stash and small valuables...Also serves as a nice gift for someone who seems to have everything.
