This is a mini acorn pendant from Gaboon Ebony (Diospyros crassiflora) with Manila Palm Nut (Adonidia merrillii) cap.  Another tiny acorn from the darkest wood.  Gaboon is a true ebony species and is seriously black as ebonies are known to be.  The black lines on the tiny Manila palm nut cap echoes the nut color! I am not sure what you can do with this tiny acorn, other than a memorial pendant or a talisman.  It is crossing the line from being an object of utility to an object of curiousity.  Comes ready to be worn with a wax cotton cord and adjustable slip knots.

This unique pendant has a tiny compartment for memorial keepsake. The screw-on cap ensures that your content is secured. If you want a permanent seal, apply a very small amount of wood glue to the thread before closing.
