This is a nice acorn shaped box made out of Malaysian Raja Kayu (Agathis borneensis) with Ponderosa Pine Burl (Pinus ponderosa) cap.  This interesting acorn is special in many ways.  First, the burl and wood are rarely seen.  Second, both woods are naturally translucent. Third, the Ponderosa burl is the most potent aromatic wood I have ever came across.  Fourth, Raja Kayu (or King of Wood, Dragon Blood wood) is the most potent wood when it comes to positive energy, power, healing properites and all that good stuff, according to the Malaysian.  This is a good example of how resin saturated wood transforms the ordinary timbers into the extraordinary.  In short, this is a powerful acorn.
