This is a unusual acorn shaped box made out of Zebrawood (Microberlinia brazzavillensis) with Black Walnut (Juglans negra) cap.  African Zebrawood obviously got it's name from the zebra-like stripes.  What's not obvious is that the wood also smells like zebra sh*t.  It's another type of "aromatic" wood that hold the promise of an interesting olfactory experience.  Sniff it at your own risk, but don't be too disappointed if it was not as potent as I have led you to expect. I got to enjoy the primary note of its fragrant, which greatly diminishes in finished items.  That's partly why you only see an occational zebra running around in my store.
