This is a very special mushroom shaped box made out of Chinese Wisteria (Wisteria sinensis) cap with Willow Acacia (Acacia saligna) stalk. Here I have another species of mushroom, grown from trunks of the wisterias that shadowed my neighbor's house. I guess the magnificent blooms was not enough to compensate for the undisciplined proliferation of this vine, so one fine day, the whole thing was cut down to allow sunlight to enter the once gloomy home. I salvaged a few pieces for my collection and realized it can become awesome mushroom caps. So, here it is...The yellowish stalk is from an acacia tree in my sister's backyard. After a decade of cleaning up after this littering tree, she decided that she have had it.  Pieces of this small tree is now in my backyard instead, waiting to be reincarnated.
