This is a unique box made out of Camphor Burl (Cinnamomum camphora). Camphor is the source of aromatic resin used in many tincture and oilments. It is also a very stately ornamental tree. It is one nicely scented timber from my aromatic wood collection.  The burl has very nice eyes and swirly pattern.  The spicey aroma is an added bonus. Open the cap and take a sniff!

A lidded box is nice, but a threaded box is something special. The screw-on cap ensures that your content is secured. It is a beautiful decorative item as well as functional.
